Case study: building an e-learning platform Atoot can run without us

One of SFG's values is 'build it to be handed over.' This case study will document what that means for the e-learning platform we're developing with Atoot and The WE United Project: the curriculum, the technical choices made for low-bandwidth rural use, and the handover plan that leaves the local team running it without us.
