How we report: outcomes, spend, and what didn't work
· The SFG team
Every funded SFG project reports three things: the money (spend against every budget line), the outcome (what actually happened, measured), and the learnings, including what did not work.
That last one is a rule, not a nicety. Donors are trusted with the whole picture, because that's what earns the next gift. A report that only contains wins isn't a report; it's an advertisement.
Reports appear on each project's page as work is delivered. Public visitors see the summary and the live figures; donors get the full report in their dashboard, plus concrete ways to help more.
[Placeholder draft. The first real project report will be published here after the first funded milestone is delivered.]
